By using Intentional OS, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and in plain words on purpose.

The service

Intentional OS is a strategy-and-execution workspace for people and teams, provided as-is and currently in invite-only beta. It’s an independent product we build and run ourselves — not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any other company or platform.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for what you create and share. Don’t use the service to break the law, infringe on others’ rights, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the system or to other accounts.

Your content

Your content stays yours. You grant us only the permissions we need to store, display, and sync it — for you, and for the people you explicitly share it with. You can erase it permanently from inside the app at any time; that deletion is final.

Availability & liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, and while we work hard to keep it fast and dependable — especially during beta — we can’t promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Keep your own copies of anything critical.
