Privacy Policy

Intentional OS is a private, sign-in workspace. This page explains, in plain terms, what data we hold and why.

What we store

• Your account — your email address and an authentication record, used only to sign you in and keep your workspace yours.
• Your content — the goals, cards, notes, relationships, schedules and time entries you create. It exists to be shown back to you, and to the people you explicitly share a space with.
• Operational data — the basic technical logs we need to run the service reliably and prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use your data for one thing: providing the product to you — rendering your workspace, syncing it across your devices, and sharing exactly what you choose with the people you invite. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for advertising.

How it’s protected

Your content lives in an access-controlled database where every account can only reach its own data and the specific items shared with it — enforced at the database layer itself, not just in the interface. Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS).

Your control

Your content is yours to change or remove at any time. From inside the app you can erase your data permanently — that deletion is final, with no way back, and we build it that way on purpose. To close your account entirely, leave us a message and we’ll take care of it.
